The Thunder United Metro FC (TUMFC) is based in Lebanon, Ohio. TUMFC is a competitive soccer program and a Non-Profit Organization devoted to promoting the game of soccer and serving over 500 boys and girls in the surrounding areas. We are affiliated with Ohio South Youth Soccer Association (OSYSA), US Club Soccer, and the US Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), which in turn is affiliated with FIFA.

Our belief is that solid, committed players who benefit from positive coaching, an atmosphere of respect and teamwork, and strong parent support will ultimately result in a strong program. It is our belief that with strong commitments from our players and parents our club will continue to develop and grow.

TUMFC Club Development Plan aims to provide the overall strategic and structural framework for the development of our players, parents, coaches & club based on USYSA standards for interaction and development. Successful clubs have a well-defined organizational structure, detailed player and coach development programs, and excellent administration.

The Kerns have made Thunder United Metro FC their soccer home. A.J. (10 years old) plays for the U10 boys, cheered on by his parents Kristie and Gregg, along with brothers Adam (8) and Andrew (6).

I believe one of the special things about TUMFC, is our sense of family and genuine caring for others throughout the club. This fall, we planned to debut a program called "Thunder Gives Back". Thunder Gives Back is a program designed to encourage teams within our club to come together and give back to our community through volunteering. If you are able, I ask that you consider giving back at this time.

Kristie Kern has been battling cancer for years and recently began hospice care within the last few weeks.

I am asking you to please support Kristie, Gregg, A.J., Adam, and Andrew, by donating any amount you are comfortable with to help alleviate the costs associated with battling cancer. Let us show our support and love to our fellow Thunder family, the Kerns, through this trying time.

Thank you so much for giving back.

President, Thunder United Metro FC
