1. Log onto www.soccervillage.com

2. If you are a new user you will be required to register as a user to place orders. You will only be asked to register once. You will be able to place orders for multiple players and/or clubs having registered one time. You will need to provide your email as your username and select a password for your login. **Do not register using your child’s information. A parent or Guardian over the age of 18 must be registered for the order to be accepted**

 3. Use your username and password created to log into the ordering module.

 4. You will be asked for the group code for you club. The Group Code is : TUMFC

 5. All items available will be available for purchase on the following page. Make sure to select the correct size and quantity for all items you need to purchase. Leave the items not needed as quantity zero.

 6. Select continue to view the items in you shopping cart. You will not need to provide the son or daughters jersey number. The club will provide that detail.

 7. Once confirmed the final page will allow you to enter the player’s information and team. You will need to fill out the billing address information and enter you credit card information. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

 8. All individual orders will be grouped and delivered for pick up by the team administrator once complete.

 9. Samples are available for try-on at the Blue Ash and West Chester SV locations.

 10. Orders need to be placed by 6/27/10 for delivery prior to 8/19/10
